Job summary

Adecco Group is looking for a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. The role demands P&L management, budget control, and strong leadership to recruit, train, and guide the branch team toward exceptional client and candidate outcomes.

You will oversee recruitment strategies, ensure SLA compliance, and deliver regular business reviews with leadership. A high school diploma and sales/management experience are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute business plans to grow new clients and existing relationships.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls to achieve targets.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop branch staff to deliver excellent client and candidate service.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and meet SLA/KPI targets through regular reviews and proactive management.
• Lead recruitment strategies, on-boarding processes, and credit reference practices for new clients.
