Job summary

A Branch Manager role with Adecco Group oversees business plans to attract new clients, deepen existing relationships, and grow the bottom line. You will recruit, train, and lead a branch team while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will manage client accounts, ensure SLA compliance, review performance, and drive recruitment strategies, pay/bill rate negotiations, and budget adherence. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to win new and lost clients.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLA targets.
• Maintain client satisfaction through regular reviews with client and program teams.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR managers.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch team.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls.
• Onboard new customers including terms, credit, and pay/bill rate negotiations.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings to review KPIs and performance.
