We’re hiring a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, financial performance, and customer service excellence at our branch. This position is ideal for a strong leader who thrives on developing teams, optimizing branch performance, and driving results through collaboration and service.
As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee personnel, sales, inventory, and distribution processes while maintaining a culture of safety, accountability, and respect.
Excellent leadership, time management, and project management skills
Ability to motivate, train, and develop employees
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven customer service and relationship-building abilities
Strong reasoning, problem-solving, and math aptitude
Clean driving record (DMV report required)
Professional appearance consistent with the construction industry
Industry and product knowledge preferred
Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of experience in a related leadership role
