Qualifications

• Previous management and leadership experience.
• Minimum of five years of inside sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet Company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads all branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, purchasing coordination, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Establishes branch priorities, goals, and performance expectations aligned with Company objectives.
• Develops and executes growth plans that increase branch revenue, profitability, customer retention, and market presence.
• Partners with sales personnel to identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Monitors branch performance through financial reports, operating metrics, sales reports, and key performance indicators.
• Oversees branch staffing, recruitment, onboarding, training, employee development, and performance management activities.
