Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales growth, account retention, and P&L responsibilities within the California market. You will recruit, train, and develop branch staff while delivering exceptional service to both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, managing client requirements, and conducting regular business reviews to drive performance and revenue growth. Strong leadership and recruitment experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record is required.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establishing a plan to expand existing and new client relationships.
• Ensure client requirements (operational and contractual) meet SLA targets.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to the vertical Director or VP.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting, driving revenue and cost controls.
• Lead branch recruitment strategies, coaching recruiters, and staffing objectives.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk assessment, and credit considerations.
