Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in California to grow and retain accounts, manage P&L, and lead branch teams. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will establish plans with sales leadership, set rates, review performance, and drive continuous improvement across operations and client programs. The role emphasizes people leadership and strategic growth.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLA targets are met.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews with clients and program teams.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk assessment, pay and bill rate negotiation.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls; develop budgets and forecasts.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Create branch recruitment strategies and local relationships.
• Conduct KPI reviews and maintain open communication with vertical teams.
