Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in California to lead sales growth, account retention, and branch operations. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while delivering excellent service to clients and candidates.

The role requires strategic planning, budget oversight, and strong communication with HR, Operations, and client contacts. A track record in sales leadership within staffing is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience coaching or supervising sales or service staff.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking with all levels of staff.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain accounts, win new clients, and manage client relationships.
• Lead branch P&L and budget; drive revenue forecasts and cost controls.
• Coach and develop recruiters; ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
• Set pay and bill rates based on skill categories; monitor SLA adherence.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and local relationships with colleges and training centers.
