Qualifications

• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans for clients, and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLA targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control; coach recruiters and staff.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and manage risk and credit assessments.
