Victory Automotive Group is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative to handle inbound sales inquiries, showroom requests, service requests, and internet queries, greeting visitors and ensuring excellent customer service while supporting sales growth.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in administrative or customer service roles, strong communication and computer skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor; automotive knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in administrative, clerical, call center or customer service roles.
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Pleasant, courteous personality; professional and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales and service inquiries, scheduling appointments and following up on pending items.
• Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirm special order parts.
• Help follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manage all required paperwork and records and prepare documentation when needed.
• Provide administrative assistance as needed.
