Responsibilities

• Respond to internet requests and inbound calls promptly to convert leads to sales or service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers and unsold leads, and to confirm or reschedule appointments.
• Log interactions, update contact information and track lead status in the CRM.
