Job summary

Fairway Chevrolet in Seattle is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive appointments and support sales. This full-time role emphasizes outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and customer follow-up to set qualified showings.

You will log activity in the CRM, deliver quotes, and assist customers in selecting vehicles, with a strong focus on high daily outreach and customer service in a busy office setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in BDC sales or similar.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Superior organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (knowledge of various CRM platforms is a plus).
• Self-motivated, goal-driven attitude, thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive traffic to the store by setting appointments through internet leads, inbound phone calls, and previous customers.
• Utilize the CRM daily to log incoming traffic and performance.
• Generate appointments and quotes via proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicles.
• Help with delivery of vehicles after sales and customer onboarding.
• Make at least 100 phone calls, 100 emails, and 100 texts daily.
• Answer customer calls throughout the day.
