Sun Auto Tire & Service in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the customer experience, and drive store performance. You’ll recruit and develop a high-performing team, own the P&L, manage inventory, and partner with district leadership to grow sales and profitability.

Competenze

• Hands-on automotive service or retail leadership experience.
• Strong track record in sales, operations, and team leadership.
• Experience managing store performance, KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment with attention to detail.
• Comfort with POS systems and store reporting.
