Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial service needs and store operations.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while prioritizing customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer data in POS system and support coaching of staff.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and ensure store security.
• Adhere to company policies and comply with laws and regulations.
