Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• 3+ months supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assess risks and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing and related transactions.
• Oversee daily cash handling, audits, and adherence to security procedures.
• Coach Customer Service Representatives and support ongoing training.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the POS system and generate reports.
• Support on-site marketing, community events, and external outreach.
