Job summary

You will drive account management, customer outreach, and risk management in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities for promotion and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer use.
• Must be 18+ years old (19+ in Alabama).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and accurately process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
