Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks an Assistant Store Manager for TitleMax in Thomasville, GA. The role focuses on leading customer service, risk management, and daily store operations to drive growth.

You will develop leadership skills through coaching, performance-based advancement, and cross-brand training while managing cash, compliance, and community outreach. This full-time position requires a 40-hour week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, MS Office, and similar computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Perform daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a customer-service focus.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and integrity.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
• Conduct on-site store duties, including openings/closings and vault management.
• Collaborate on in-store and community events to drive referrals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws; audit and report as needed.
• Maintain store appearance, address facility needs, and schedule maintenance.
