Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customers with real financial needs and gain hands-on store leadership experience. Lead account management, outreach, and risk assessment while driving performance and growth within a dynamic, in-person role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or key holder experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS, phones, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.
• Background check required per applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system accurately.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Perform on-site store duties and occasional external marketing tasks.
• Meet company performance standards through partnerships and referrals.
