Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process applications correctly.
• Lead daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes to prevent loss.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and integrity.
• Coach Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and security procedures.
• Conduct in-store and community events to drive referrals.
