Job summary
O'Reilly Auto Parts in Grove City, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will lead the team in serving customers and maintaining a high standard of performance.
This role involves hiring, training, scheduling, and ensuring accurate stock and transactional processes. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and compensation includes potential premiums in addition to hourly wages.
Qualifications
- Required certifications: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
- Customer service and sales proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure staff execute service programs.
- Help ensure adequate staffing during peak hours and manage scheduling.
- Assist in hiring: recruiting, interviews, and selecting qualified team members.
- Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders are processed timely.
