O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. This position will lead the team in servicing customers and manage the store during the Store Manager's absence or opposing shifts.

Responsibilities include supervising the showroom, assisting in hiring, ensuring proper staffing during peak hours, processing returns, and maintaining store appearance and safety.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Desire: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to deliver outstanding customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee staffing at the sales counter during peak hours to maintain service levels.
• Assist in hiring: conduct interviews, screen candidates, and coordinate selections.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced and returns are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store appearance, safety, and policy compliance, including opening/closing duties.
• Communicate promotions and ensure training on programs like Related sales, Hi5.
