SecureSpace Management LLC seeks an energetic Assistant Store Manager for our Seattle-area self-storage facilities. You will support the Store Manager and team to grow rentals, maintain security and cleanliness, and coordinate with the operations team.

This role offers a $1,500 retention bonus, weekend and holiday scheduling flexibility, and opportunities to advance as SecureSpace expands with new stores nationwide.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Customer service mindset and conflict resolution.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Willing to travel occasionally to another location for scheduled shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Promote unit rentals and moving supplies to exceed sales targets.
• Guide new customers through the rental process.
• Coordinate with team on shifts and occasional travel to nearby locations.
• Conduct daily property inspections to ensure security and cleanliness.
• Assist with lien/auction paperwork and tenant accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs.
