Job summary

SecureSpace Management LLC is expanding rapidly and seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support Store, Area, and District leadership. You will help drive store sales, enhance customer experiences, and manage vendor relationships while coordinating with a US-based customer success team for online move-ins.

You will assist with daily operations, maintain store standards, and participate in scheduling with a focus on teamwork, security, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong English in verbal and written communication.
• Consistent support to Store Manager; backup in their absence.
• Customer service mindset and client focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Identifies maintenance, safety and fire issues.
• Operates roll-up doors and occasional travel.
• Resolves conflicts quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support team in surpassing sales targets for unit rentals and moving supplies.
• Guide new customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
• Reach out to clients to confirm moving dates and unit readiness.
• Assist in handling past-due tenant accounts and lien/auction paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
• Conduct daily property inspections for security and upkeep.
• Perform light maintenance and gardening; use power tools as needed.
• Communicate updates and results to Store Manager and Leadership Team.
• Be available to travel to nearby locations for shifts as needed.
• Support weekend and holiday scheduling.
