SecureSpace Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in San Diego to support the Store Manager and leadership team in driving sales, service, and store operations. You will help oversee customer experience, maintenance, and day‑to‑day activities while collaborating with staff and regional teams to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong use of English in verbal and written communication.
• Provides consistent support to the Store Manager and acts as a backup in their absence.
• Customer service mindset with a focus on guest experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for daily tasks.
• Identifies maintenance, safety, and fire issues.
• Willing to travel occasionally to another location for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote unit rentals, warranties, and moving supplies to surpass sales targets.
• Guide new customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
• Reach out to potential clients to confirm moving dates and prepare units.
• Assist in lien/auction paperwork and account management for past-due tenants.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs effectively.
• Conduct daily property inspections for security, cleanliness, and upkeep.
