Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer service, sales or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related products.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining quality service.
• Maintain POS data with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching to staff to ensure adherence to standards and safety procedures.
• Open/close procedures and manage cash safely.
• Meet performance standards through partnerships and community events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
