TitleMax in Reno, NV is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and champion customer service. You’ll drive account management, outreach, and risk management while developing leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage a full-time schedule, coach staff, and ensure compliance with policies and laws. The role offers growth potential within our brand network and a strong total compensation package with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Minimum 3 months supervisory or key holder experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with phones, POS, MS Office and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; personal vehicle for workday use.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Execute daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes to prevent losses.
• Maintain customer data in the POS system with accuracy.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives as applicable.
• Perform on-site duties such as vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
• Participate in in-store and community events to generate referrals.
• Ensure store security and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Comply with company policies and applicable laws; conduct store audits and reporting.
• Maintain store appearance and handle facility needs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Maintain full-time in-person schedule, including weekends.
