Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 18+ years old; 19+ in Alabama.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; personal vehicle for workday.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit customer needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to market services and build business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls.
• Maintain customer information in POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality and safety.
• Perform duties outside office as needed, including on-site appraisals and store errands.
• Meet company standards by leveraging partnerships and hosting in-store/community events.
• Maintain store security, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws; prepare reports and financial data as needed.
