Job summary

CCF Family of Brands in Reno, NV is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store leadership, drive customer service, and manage daily operations. You’ll lead team members, oversee transactions, and help promote growth across our brands.

You’ll participate in training, ensure compliance, schedule coverage, and deliver performance results in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in customer service, with 3+ months of supervisory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process applications and related products.
• Perform daily outreach to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the POS system and reports.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Conduct store opening/closing procedures and manage cash handling.
• Meet performance standards through partnerships and in-store events.
• Maintain store appearance and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
