O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and lead the team in servicing customers.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
• Leadership experience and certification are required.
• Store management related certifications are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom and related programs.
• Assist in staffing during peak hours and set team member goals with coaching.
• Assist in recruiting by interviewing candidates and coordinating with management.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders.
• Ensure proper invoicing and handling of returns and exchanges.
• Ensure compliance with work schedules, clocking in/out, and store procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure money/deposits.
