Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions, and ancillary products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships to increase brand recognition.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collections, while focusing on customer service to prevent loss.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Support on-site store operations, appraisals, errands, and external marketing as needed.
• Maintain security protocols and cash handling procedures; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Schedule maintenance, audits, and reports to support store performance.
• Uphold a safe, professional work environment and conduct store opens/closes as required.
• Work a full-time schedule with in-person attendance, including weekends.
