Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations at our Alabama location. The ARGM will oversee hands‑on operations, training, scheduling, banking, and administrative tasks to help meet financial and service goals.

You will work with the Field Operations team to ensure policy adherence, inventory integrity, and high standards of food safety and guest satisfaction across all shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in day‑to‑day operations.
• Help maintain staffing levels and prepare weekly schedules.
• Support staff during high volume periods as needed.
• Handle paperwork in a timely manner and maintain records.
• Assist in analyzing profit and loss statements and in meeting sales plans.
• Maintain accurate inventory and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, safety and sanitation standards.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality products each shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
