Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations, coach the team, and uphold the brand’s legendary hospitality in a fast-paced environment. You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, safety, and profitability.

The AGM will lead shifts, develop staff, and ensure quality standards while fostering an inclusive, high-energy team culture. This role involves hands-on leadership across front and back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
• People-first leadership style with hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
