Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coaching the crew, and delivering the brand’s Southern hospitality.

The AGM will lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate service, and drive guest satisfaction while monitoring quality and safety. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, this role offers growth opportunities in a welcoming team environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience, ideally in QSR.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure speed, accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members to meet service goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and training of new team members.
