Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead with passion, coach crew, and deliver the brand’s renowned Southern hospitality. You’ll support the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

This role demands 3–5 years in restaurant or retail management, a hands-on leadership style, strong communication, and flexibility for weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR preferred).
• People-first leadership with hands-on approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure fast, accurate service and guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members toward service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
