107 Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager at our Summerville service center. The AGM will partner with the GM to drive revenue growth, enhance guest experiences, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, assist with budgeting and forecasts, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while fostering an engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Has sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Can analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.
• Must be able to stand on your feet on hard surfaces and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through increasing guest count and lead measure performance such as core sales mix and Core Plus.
• Coach and execute excellent customer service while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Develop teammates by leveraging internal training programs and providing ongoing guidance and direction.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; set direction to achieve business goals.
• Perform opening and closing duties when the GM is off.
• Work with the DM on critical initiatives and inventory/cash handling processes.
