The AGM will mentor automotive technicians and CSAs, run opening/closing duties, and help build an engaged, high-performing team in a bustling Woodside location.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with a focus on guest counts and sales mix.
