Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our Summerville service center. You will partner with the GM to drive revenue, improve guest experiences, and lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced retail environment.

The AGM will coach staff, manage budgeting and forecasts, ensure quality control, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while delivering exceptional customer service daily.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Sound business sense and understanding of retail dynamics.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to drive sales and service results.
• Demonstrates a positive, professional attitude and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable service center per guidelines.
• Liaise with DM on critical initiatives and performance metrics.
