The AGM will lead daily operations, coach staff, manage inventory and assist in budgeting and forecasting while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial objectives to drive sales and service results.
