You will help manage budgeting, forecasting, and operations while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and a positive guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to drive business goals.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentability per guidelines; manage inventory and cash handling.
