107 Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join its service center management team. You will collaborate with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, coach staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational standards.

The role focuses on developing teammates, leading daily huddles, managing inventory and budgets, and ensuring safety and quality across operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives to increase sales.
• Guest-first mindset and professional conduct at all times.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Must be able to stand on hard surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through increasing guest count and leading measures.
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service and guest experiences.
• Lead by example, build team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates via internal training, coaching, and direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and maintain a safe, presentable service center.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs, lead daily huddles and meetings.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Perform opening/closing duties and assist with workforce planning.
