107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive revenue growth, lead the service center team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. In this role you’ll partner with the GM, coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure safety and quality controls across the shop floor.

You will develop teammates through the company’s training program, oversee budgeting and forecasts, and work to maintain a clean, friendly, high-performing environment for guests and team

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring diverse groups.
• Sound business sense with understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to boost sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the GM to drive revenue growth through guest counts and core sales metrics.
• Coach and ensure excellent customer service and guest experiences.
• Lead by example, build team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates via internal training with ongoing coaching and direction.
• Maintain quality control and follow processes consistently.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Mentor technicians and CSAs and oversee openings/closings.
• Support staffing to reflect customer volume and business needs.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
