Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts with strong customer relationships
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using management tools
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups
• Provide white-glove in-store, phone, and home service
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines
