Advanced Technology Recycling (ATR) is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead a team of Business Development Managers across the US. You will drive revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, OEMs, ITAD vendors, municipalities, and recycling partners, and align efforts with sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years in business development or sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years leading a team.
• Experience in Electronic Recycling work environment a plus.
• Knowledge of computers and computer systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Development Managers to exceed revenue and customer acquisition targets.
• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the company’s vision and sustainability goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, OEMs, ITAD vendors, municipalities, and recycling partners.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence updates to executive leadership.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes (e.g., R2v3, e-Stewards) and sustainability initiatives affecting electronic waste management.
