Job summary

Green Electronic Solutions seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to expand our reach in electronics recycling, IT asset disposition, and data center sustainability. Build strategic partnerships with data centers, hospitals, schools, manufacturers, and tech firms to drive growth and responsible recycling initiatives.

You will manage a pipeline from prospecting to contract, represent us at industry events, and collaborate with leadership to deliver tailored customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong existing professional network within industries such as data centers, healthcare, education, technology, or sustainability.
• Proven track record in senior-level business development, sales, strategic partnerships, or account management.
• Demonstrated ability to generate business through relationships and networking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with electronics recycling, IT asset disposition, data centers, sustainability, or technology infrastructure (highly preferred).
• Strong business judgment and ability to work directly with senior leadership and executive-level contacts.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders.
• Leverage your network to identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Develop strategic partnerships with data centers, hospitals, schools, IT manufacturers, and tech companies.
• Identify opportunities in electronics recycling, ITAD, equipment reuse, remarketing, and material recovery.
• Manage a pipeline from initial contact to contract development and onboarding.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to tailor customer solutions.
