Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking a Director of Marketing, Admissions, and Internal Referral Management to drive comprehensive sales and marketing initiatives for nursing centers and assisted living communities.

The role focuses on total census, revenue growth, and collaborative conversion processes with Clinical Admissions Directors, while representing the center in the community and leading team development to outperform the competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of two (2) years college education in health care administration, business management, and/or marketing or public relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve census, mix, and revenue goals.
• Oversee external and internal referral management strategies and collaborate with CADs for conversions.
• Lead and manage marketing, admissions, and referral activities to drive business growth.
• Engage with the community to manage brand, relationships, and territory growth.
