• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire patient admissions process, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads and achieving census and payer goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with key referral sources in the community through regular engagement.
• Serve as the brand steward, updating the nursing center’s website and managing social media engagement.
• Lead efforts to improve interdisciplinary collaboration and transition-of-care processes with strong communication.
• Aim for higher conversion ratios by optimizing referral-to-admit and tour-to-admit processes.
