Genesiscareers is seeking an Admissions Director in Kentucky to drive census growth and payer management for a nursing center. You will oversee the admissions process, manage referral sources, and lead community marketing to boost the center’s visibility.

You will champion interdisciplinary collaboration, ensure timely follow-up, and improve conversion metrics through targeted outreach and a positive patient and family experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire patient admissions process, ensuring timely follow-up and budgeted census and payer goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with key referral sources to increase market share and visibility.
• Lead brand management and community marketing efforts, including website and social media engagement and online reputation improvement.
