Mee Derby & Company is seeking a Director of Client Services for IT staffing in Cincinnati, OH. This remote/hybrid role centers on expanding two core client relationships while pursuing new mid-market opportunities in the Cincinnati area.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT staffing sales or account management, can grow existing accounts, and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers. Regular in-person client visits are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT staffing sales and/or account management.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts.
• Comfortable prospecting and developing new mid-market business locally.
• Highly self-motivated with strong time management and able to operate independently in a fully remote role.
• Strong client presence and ability to engage hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Experience managing complex IT staffing accounts (multiple stakeholders, ongoing requisitions).

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy and execution for two core client relationships, including growth plans and expansion opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, retention, satisfaction, and increased spend.
• Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure quality and speed in IT staffing outcomes.
• Identify, qualify, and close new mid-market opportunities locally (net-new logos).
• Conduct regular client touchpoints (virtual and onsite): QBRs and workforce planning sessions.
• Track and report activity, pipeline, and account performance; maintain forecasting.
• Operate with high autonomy, prioritizing effectively in a remote environment.
