Job summary

Domain Money, Inc. is seeking a hands-on performance marketer to own paid acquisition and grow our content engine.

You will report to the VP, Marketing and wear multiple hats across paid channels, content, SEO/AEO, landing pages, and reporting. In a small, fast-moving team, you will manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, optimize CAC, and build a scalable testing roadmap while collaborating with CFPs to publish trustworthy financial content.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of performance marketing in fintech or 5–7 years in another industry.
• Hands-on, daily use of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Track record of managing budgets against CAC and conversion targets.
• Experience marketing in a regulated environment and compliance review.
• Strong conversion tracking and attribution across GA4, GTM, Mixpanel; HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run paid acquisition hands-on with campaigns in Meta and Google Ads.
• Manage our performance agency consultant and review results.
• Own testing roadmap for ads, bidding, and landing pages.
• Own the booking funnel from click to booked consultation.
• Lead reporting with campaign, budget, and performance insights.
• Build content engine with SEO/AEO strategy and editorial calendar.
• Collaborate with CFPs to publish trustworthy financial content.
• Leverage AI tools daily for research, drafting, and variations.
