Job summary

Compound Planning, a high-growth digital family office, seeks a Growth Marketing leader to own a measurable multi-channel system that turns content into funded client relationships. You will report to the CEO and work with content, product, and revops to drive growth across the funnel.

We look for a hands-on operator with a track record of scaling customer acquisition, strong data skills, and a technical mindset. Fintech or wealth management experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in scaling customer acquisition with revenue growth.
• Strong quantitative skills: conversion rates, CAC, LTV.
• Comfort with data tools, automation, and AI.
• Experience launching new channels from zero.
• Hands-on across full funnel in founder-led environments.
• Clear, direct communication with founders.
• Fintech, wealth management experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel growth from first touch to signup and funded client.
• Set targets for pipeline, conversion, CAC, payback, revenue.
• Develop new channels beyond organic: paid, referrals, partnerships.
• Manage lifecycle to convert signups into clients and deepen relationships.
• Collaborate with revops, content, product, and engineers.
