Confidential Careers is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead, optimize, and scale multi-brand paid acquisition efforts across multiple markets in the United States. You will own the performance marketing roadmap, manage agency partners, and closely align marketing with sales to drive revenue growth.

The role calls for hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with responsibility for CAC, ROAS, and lead-to-revenue optimization across Phoenix-based operations.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, growth marketing, or related discipline.
• Proven success driving measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth through performance-based marketing initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, paid search, Google Local Services Ads, Google Business Profiles, and local SEO.
• Experience in residential services, home services, or multi-location lead-generation business model preferred.
• Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, optimize channel performance, and demonstrate measurable ROI.
• Fluent in marketing and sales performance metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, lead conversion, revenue attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize performance marketing strategies across multiple brands and geographic markets, focusing on profitable customer acquisition.
• Oversee paid digital channels: Google Ads, LSA, paid search, and other lead-gen platforms.
• Develop and optimize local search strategies incl. Google Business Profiles, SEO, and location-based marketing.
• Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and improve efficiency and ROI.
• Allocate investments across brands and markets based on performance and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing investments with growth objectives.
